For your convenience, all fees pertaining to IP4 are included in the schedule below. Please note that the amounts shown are in Canadian Dollars. We also accept payment in U.S. dollars at the current market exchange rate.
IP4 Fee Schedule 2008
The Fees in this Schedule are valid for the 2008 calendar year. All dollar amounts in this schedule are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes. Fees are reviewed annually and the current year's fee schedule is provided at http://www.deethsoftware.com/index.php/ip4_software/pricing.
1. Database License Fee
(a) Each installation of an IP4 database is configured with a preauthorized limitation on the number of matters that can be entered therein ("Matter Capacity"), and on the number of users that can concurrently access the database with the IP4 executable program ("User Limit"). Payment of a Database License Fee is required for each database. Upon payment of the applicable Database License Fee, the purchaser is granted a license to install and use a single IP4 Database on a network or stand-alone computer, subject to the preauthorized Matter Capacity and a User Limit of one (i.e. a single Read/Write User License is included in the Database License Fee).
(b) The Database License Fee is determined by selecting the desired Matter Capacity from the table below (expected maximum number of matters to be entered). Matter Capacities greater than 50,000 will be negotiated separately.

(c) The authorized User Limit can be increased at any time upon payment of the applicable Additional User License Fee shown in sections 2 and 3 below. The authorized Matter Capacity can be increased at any time upon payment of the applicable Additional License Fee shown in section 4 below.
2. Additional User License Fee (Read/Write)
Each "Read/Write" user license enables one user to connect to the IP4 database in read/write mode. Read/write mode enables the user to modify and save information, subject to the privileges accorded to the user name and password under which the user signs on.

3. Additional User License Fee (Read-Only)
Each "Read-Only" user license enables one user to connect to the IP4 database in read-only mode. Read-only mode enables a user to view information in IP4, but not modify or save records, regardless of the privileges accorded to the user name and password under which the user signs on.

4. Additional License Fee to Increase Maximum Number of Matter Records
The authorized Matter Capacity can be increased at any time upon payment of the applicable Additional License Fee shown below:

5. Multiple Database Discount
Purchasers of any IP4 Database License for a single database may purchase licenses for additional IP4 databases at the standard Database License Fee from the table in section 1 above, less a discount of twenty-five percent, to a maximum discount of $5,000 per database.
6. Upgrade Fees
Licensees of IP4 can obtain the latest version of the software (identified in the table heading below) upon payment of a one-time Upgrade Fee. The Upgrade Fee is calculated on a per Database basis, and is based upon the IP4 version number and User Limit of the licensee's existing IP4 installation.

Some IP4 installations may require additional support services or expenses to complete installation of the Upgrade. Please contact Deeth Software for a precise quotation.
7. Support Fees
The Support Services described in the IP4 Support and Maintenance Agreement are included in the Database License Fee for one year following the Installation Date. Thereafter, the Support Services can be obtained by entering into a Support and Maintenance Agreement with Deeth Software and paying the Support Fee shown below, plus any applicable Upgrade Fees. Support Fees are due annually in advance on a per Database basis, based upon the authorized User Limit for which IP4 is configured.

8. Escrow Fee
The Escrow Services described in the IP4 Support and Maintenance Agreement are provided upon payment of the Escrow Fee shown below, due annually in advance. The Escrow Fee is not included in the Database License Fee.
9. Consulting Services
Deeth Software provides consulting services for IP4 upon request at the following rates:
